returns/exchanges

Full priced items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of original purchase.  Items must be in unused, original condition to be considered for a refund or exchange.  Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To request return or exchange, please utilize our contact form.  Do not send anything without notifying us first. We will provide a shipping address upon receiving your request. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for return, you will receive a notification via shopify once return has been processed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for this to process. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
